Jill Gordon has written the story for the TV movie Pleasures and the movie Angus (1995). She is also listed als consulting producer and writer for the TV series "My So-Called Life" (episodes "Strangers in the House (1994)", "Halloween (1994)", "Betrayal (1995)").  She is listed as writer for the TV series "thirtysomething" (1987).

On March19, 2001, NBC started a new comedy-drama series "First Years", created and executive-produced by Jill Gordon. The other executive producers are Ken Topolsky and Mark B. Perry, both with her behind The Wonder Years.  After only three weeks it was shut down because of failing ratings.
