W.G. Snuffy Walden In "The Wonder Years": 
was responsible for most of the wonderful music of The Wonder Years (episodes 1-46, 63-114).

Snuffy Walden began as an actor in UFOria (1980) as Brother Dwayne and the Dwayneaires.  He also had a guest appearance in the TV show  "Laverne & Shirley", episode 5.12 "Shotz Talent Show IV" (12/6/79))

Then he became very active as composer of the music for many successful TV series, such as

"413 Hope St." (1997), 
"Maggie Winters" (1998), 
"Sports Night" (1998), 
"Felicity" (1998), 
"Cupid" (1998),

Snuffy was also the composer for the TV movies Winnie (1988), Roe vs. Wade (1989), Burning Bridges (1990), Guess Who's Coming for Christmas? (1990), The Good Fight (1992), Wild Card (1992), A Place to Be Loved (1993), Rise and Walk: The Dennis Byrd Story (1994), A Friend's Betrayal (1996), Homecoming (1996) and the movies Leaving Normal (1992) and Homage (1996).

He founded Texas rock band "Stray Dog" in the 70's, releasing two albums on Greg Lake's label Manticore records in 1973 ("Stray Dog") and 1974 ("While You're Down There"). Credited as playing guitar on Free's Heartbreaker LP "Easy on my soul" and "Wishing Well" (thanks to Rob Muir for the information). He was credited for "Thanks especially ..." on the self-titled Back Street Crawler 1976 album.  That was Paul Kossof's band.
