Caroline Baron has a long list of achievements.  She has produced the movies Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead (1991) (associate), The Opposite Sex and How to Live with Them (1992) (co-producer), Crossing the Bridge (1992), Indian Summer (1993) (co-producer), The Santa Clause (1994) (co-producer), Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love (1996) (co-producer), Addicted to Love (1997) (co-producer), Ghosts (1997) (executive), Witness to the Mob (1998) (TV movie), Flawless (1999) (co-producer),  Center Stage (2000) (co-producer), and Monsoon Wedding (2001) (producer)..

She was also production co-ordinator for 52 Pick-Up (1986) and Tough Guys Don't Dance (1987), production manager for Shag (1989), Crossing the Bridge (1992) and Indian Summer (1993), and unit production manager for The Santa Clause (1994) and Home for the Holidays (1995).
